Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in Accounting/ Finance with professional qualification e.g. CA (Knowledge Level or above), ACCA (part qualified).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper maintenance of voucher, cashbook and ledger book on daily basis.
∎ Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts;
∎ Handle account payable/receivable process.
∎ Reporting on debtors and creditors;
∎ Completing purchase orders. Managing payroll;
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction.
∎ Check daily bank transaction and monthly bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Ensure that all books of accounts (ledger, journal etc.) are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times.
∎ Ensure maintenance of fixed asset register.
∎ Maintain book of accounts as required by income tax, Vat rules and company act.
∎ Prepare and provide all financial report to the management.
∎ Financial forecasting and planning.
∎ Completing the year-end analysis;
∎ Prepare Balance Sheet, Budget and budget variance report regularly.
∎ Coordinating internal and external audits. Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies. Verifying bank deposits;
∎ Performing any other job assigned by management.
∎ Income tax file updated of personal & companies.
