Additional Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience as Manager, Accounts.
CA CC from a reputed Charted Accountant Firm is must.
Good communication skill, both in English & Bangla.
The candidate needs to be professional with management skills and extensive hands-on experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise all kinds of financial transactions of the company and ensure their correctness.
Establish proper mechanism and ensure strict compliance to reduce vulnerability and eliminate scope of misappropriation.
Maintain different Project Accounts and Monthly Reporting.
Maintaining Project Staffs and their compliance.
Ensure proper handling and approval procedure for financial expenditure.
Monitor Tax & VAT management of the companies.
Quarterly check all kinds of accounts & submit report to the management.
Monitor and supervise daily cash flows and monthly financial transaction of the companies and submit monthly financial reports to the management.
Monitor and process all kinds of credit & loan recovery through concerned departments.
Ensure compliance with existing policies, financial rules and regulations of government.
Any other task given by the management.
