• Age 22 to 32 years

·         Support the Material Take-Off (MTO) process by extracting material requirements from technical drawings and project documents.

·         Coordinate with the design and engineering team to identify and verify technical specifications of required components and materials.

·         Help prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement use.

·         Assist the procurement team in sourcing materials, collecting quotations, and ensuring timely delivery from approved vendors.

·         Support technical evaluation of supplier offers based on compliance with project and quality standards.

·         Maintain organized records of purchase requisitions, supplier communications, and relevant technical documentation.

·         Participate in vendor follow-ups to track order status, lead times, and material readiness for substation or transformer projects.

·         Attend internal training and development programs as part of the company’s structured MTO development path.
