Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Venture Group is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in Business Development & Research. This program is designed to groom future leaders through extensive training, research exposure, and hands-on business development projects.
Routine/Regular Job:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify existing and potential market gaps.
Generate data-driven insights to uncover opportunities for business expansion and product/service development.
Develop and implement strategic plans based on market gap analysis, outlining actionable steps to address identified gaps.
Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data to support decision-making processes.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the management team.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up with concerned stakeholders & maintain databases, update tasks, and follow up with Business/Unit Heads regularly.
Non-Routine/Periodic Job:
Any other task as and when assigned by HOD and/or required by the company
