The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Microfinance Programme is a structured development pathway designed to groom future leaders within the microfinance function. It integrates formal learning with hands-on operational exposure, going beyond a conventional entry-level role. Through close collaboration with frontline teams, they build strong practical insight, analytical capability, and a comprehensive understanding of SAJIDA's grassroots impact.

Job Location: Head Office (with Rotational Field Assignments)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programme across branches.

• Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality service delivery, client engagement, and compliance with programme guidelines.

• Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports on branch performance and programme impact.

• Contribute to process improvement, digital tools adoption, and innovative approaches to enhance microfinance operations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Risk Management etc. to ensure smooth programme execution.

• Participate in training, strategic reviews, and learning workshops to strengthen microfinance knowledge and leadership skills.
