The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Microfinance Programme is a structured development pathway designed to groom future leaders within the microfinance function. It integrates formal learning with hands-on operational exposure, going beyond a conventional entry-level role. Through close collaboration with frontline teams, they build strong practical insight, analytical capability, and a comprehensive understanding of SAJIDA's grassroots impact.

Job Location: Head Office (with Rotational Field Assignments)
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programme across branches.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality service delivery, client engagement, and compliance with programme guidelines.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports on branch performance and programme impact.
Contribute to process improvement, digital tools adoption, and innovative approaches to enhance microfinance operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Risk Management etc. to ensure smooth programme execution.
Participate in training, strategic reviews, and learning workshops to strengthen microfinance knowledge and leadership skills.
