Our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Development Programmes is a structured pipeline designed to groom high-potential young professionals into future program leaders, offering a fast-track career path that integrates classroom learning, field immersion, cross-functional exposure, real-time project assignments, and direct mentoring from senior leadership.

Department: Development Programmes

Job Location: Head Office (with Rotational Field Assignments)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of development programmes.

  • Conduct field visits and community engagement.

  • Assist in data analysis, reporting, and impact documentation.

  • Contribute to innovation, digital transformation, and programme improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, M&E).

  • Participate in strategic review and learning workshops.
