Management Trainee will rotate through key departments, including Operations, Logistics, Category Management, Compliance, Finance, and Information Technology.

• Support managers with various tasks, projects, and strategic planning initiatives. 
• Analyze sales data, reports, and market trends to make recommendations for business improvement and profitability. 
• Rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. 
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and lectures to enhance professional and leadership skills. 
• Visit different outlets of Agora and the market to acquire retail industry knowledge and best practices.
