∎ 1-3 years of experience in the Retail/RMG Industry
∎ 1-3 years of experience in the Retail/RMG Industry
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring timely recording of all transactions related to cash receipts, cash payments, and adjusting entries.
∎ Maintaining daily petty cash in both the prescribed format and accounting format.
∎ Ensuring disbursement of all petty cash amounts based on proper supporting documentation duly approved by management.
∎ Sending daily cash book and day book electronically to management, central accounts, and the audit department.
∎ Providing small change to our shops as needed.
∎ Processing timely refunds for e-commerce customers.
∎ Withdrawing cash for cash management and supplier payments from the bank.
∎ Properly storing all cash-related vouchers and other documents for future reference.
∎ Improving overall cash management based on the accrual accounting concept.
∎ Closing all monthly cash-related transactions and adjustments within the first five days of the following month.
