Responsibilities & Context:
Manage goods receipt and stock transfer, ensuring timely goods issue against service requisitions.
Prepare delivery challans and ensure proper documentation for spare parts dispatch.
Conduct monthly warehouse stock verification, BIN checks, and space utilization review.
Identify scrap items and coordinate with the scrap management committee for disposal.
Maintain tracking of harvested items and ensure proper management by 3PL warehouse.
Handle defective parts collection, returns, and ensure timely return logistics with freight forwarders.
Manage import/export permits (CCI&E, BAERA), including radioactive source returns.
Oversee import processes: LC/LCA, order booking, customs clearance, and C&F handling; liaise with banks.
Verify vendor invoices and maintain accurate tracking reports for management.
