∎ Skills Required: Branding Skills, Copy writing/ Script Writing, Digital, High quality writing skills., News PresenterRJ, Radio Channel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audio editor, Brand Communication, Client Service/ Marketing, Facebook Live Presenter, Good communication skills, Good convincing ability, Must have good vocal tone, program presenter, RJ
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, E-commerce, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Radio, Web Media/Blog
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing marketing campaigns & modeling that promote our products
∎ Live Presentation in front of mass audience for multiple owned channels (Website, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
∎ Shoot and host a regular video of product reviews, un-boxing, video explainers, discussion, and modeling
∎ Create background voice-over audios for various videos
∎ Play a major role in representing our business and getting sales from online & offline channels and enhance our brand awareness
∎ Reporting to Head of Marketing, and occasionally arrange meetings, and planning for marketing campaigns
∎ Acting as the host, introduce and interview guests and interact with the audience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have:
∎ Presentable, well-mannered, smart, and outgoing personality
∎ Excellent command and pronunciation in both Bangla and English with a clear speaking voice
∎ Great Communication and Presentation Skills in both 1-2-1 Communication as well as Facebook Live and Broadcast Presentation
∎ Comfortable and natural in front of the camera and microphone
∎ Good memory, for recalling facts, figures and scripts
∎ Quick learner and ability to grasp the whole idea in short time.
∎ Ability to 'think on your feet' or act on instant script when necessary
∎ High levels of concentration and multi-tasking ability
∎ Team player and ability to work unsupervised
∎ Ability to get on and connect with people, young and old, from a wide variety of backgrounds
∎ Sound technical and knowledge about Facebook and YouTube Live
∎ Maintain Organizational Policy and Behavior with Great Interviewing Skills
∎ Ability to follow instructions
∎ Knowledge about what not to speak
∎ Reacting quickly and positively to any problems or changes
∎ Good to have:
∎ Knowledge about Bangladeshi Ecommerce environment
∎ Calmness under pressure and the ability to work to strict deadlines
∎ Good writing skill is a plus, but not essential
∎ Previous experience as a Live Presenter is must
∎ Previous experience in TV or Radio is plus
∎ Knowledge in writing and rehearsing scripts is plus
∎ Good sense of modern trend
∎ Great acting voice
∎ Working hours: regular unsocial hours including evening, nights, weekends and public holidays.
∎ Ability to guide and manage team is a plus
∎ Preferably willing to work on fulltime basis, but freelance basis is also welcomed.
