- Basic computer skills and report preparation capabilities are required.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operational tasks efficiently.
- Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, when required.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise parcel transportation activities between hubs.
- Ensure proper trip planning, loading and unloading, and timely vehicle dispatch.
- Coordinate with drivers and relevant personnel to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Maintain records of vehicle trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and transportation activities.
- Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Identify and resolve transportation-related issues and submit regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and discipline.
