Flixor is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team on a project basis. If you have good English comprehension, basic research and data management skills, and an interest in content creation and AI-powered tools, this is a great opportunity to gain practical experience with an international digital media team.

Flixor is a USA-based digital media company with operations in Bangladesh. We produce technology- and product-focused content, including product reviews, tech comparisons, product roundups, and creator-led YouTube videos. Our content is research-driven and designed to connect with international audiences.

Project Details

• Project Duration: Maximum of one month.

• Work Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (overnight shift), on assigned project working days.

• Work Location: On-site at our Mirpur DOHS office.

• Total Project Compensation: BDT 10,000–12,000 for the entire project, negotiable based on skills and suitability.

• Payment Terms: This is a one-time project payment, not a recurring monthly salary. The project scope, deliverables, working schedule, final compensation, and payment date will be agreed upon before the project begins. Payment will be made upon project completion, according to the agreed terms.

• Project Completion: The engagement will end once the assigned project is completed. Any future opportunities will be offered separately, subject to business needs and mutual agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Write, format, and organize YouTube video scripts based on provided guidelines.

• Research topics and gather accurate information from reliable sources.

• Use AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to support research, organization, and content development.

• Perform data entry, verification, categorization, and organization using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

• Review scripts and data for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

• Follow established workflows, content guidelines, and instructions.

• Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.

• Keep the team updated on progress and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate English writing and comprehension skills.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to conduct online research and organize information effectively.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Availability to work the overnight shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at our Mirpur DOHS office.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior professional experience is not mandatory.
