Minimum 6 years’ experience as Sr. RSM/DSM position (Milk Powder, Tea and Instant Soft Drink Powder preferred.)
Working experience in the following region : Chattogram Metro, South, Feni and Noakhali.
Strong network for recruiting and leading the best manpower from the market.
Proven coordination and analytical skills to work with the Manager – Sales and cross-functional teams (MIS, Brand)
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume, revenue, and market share targets across assigned categories (Milk Powder, Tea, Soft Drink Powder).
Identify new market opportunities, expansion areas, and key account potential to grow sales coverage.
Drive sales volume, revenue, and market share growth across all assigned categories.
Set targets, track KPIs, coach, and manage performance for field sales personnel.
Implement consumer schemes, seasonal pushes, and POSM placement to boost product visibility.
Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and consumer purchasing habits to adapt strategies.
Manage wing sales budgets, control promotional costs, and report performance to senior leadership.
