• Operating the lift: Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the lift and Conduct lift operation smoothly on different situation. Provide instant service on difficult moment when lift related operation arises.
• Maintaining the lift: Ensuring the lift is properly maintained and in good working order.
• Loading and unloading: Providing safe and efficient loading, transporting, and unloading of all guests on lifts
• Maintaining cleanliness: Keep clean inside of the lift including surface and Daily check the emergency bell.
• Answering inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries and complaints·
• Providing assistance: Providing physical assistance to guests as required and Supplies information to visitors such as location of offices and individuals.
• Providing customer service: Providing excellent customer service and creating positive memories for guests
• Other duties: Any other duties as directed by the management from time to time.
