Responsibilities & Context:
∎ CAPSULE LIFT & POWER ENGINEERING is looking for an energetic, honest, hardworking & dedicated Officer (Lift & Escalator Sales Engineer) in Lift Division who has good leadership skills and able to create an innovative sales team and new markets for Elevator.
∎ Candidates with proven track records in the area of Marketing and Sales specifically selling Lifts and those, who are fully confident, that they have the required strategy, skills, experience to explore International Brands like Elevators/Lift are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have good knowledge on selling Lift/Elevator in different Residential & Corporate areas.
∎ Must have to achieve monthly sales target and sales growth as per management expectations.
∎ Motivating the customers to achieve the best results possible. Build a strong relationship with Elevator customers, site engineers/ site in charge.
∎ Date wise monthly monitoring plan preparation, follow-up accordingly & ensure collection.
∎ Proper and regular communication with clients.
∎ Client orientation, information, motivation & others necessary support provides in order to achieve collections targets Ensure periodic monitoring of customer's credit reports and to achieve accordingly.
∎ Prepare feedback report & daily activities reports & submit to superior.
∎ Good knowledge and experience to understand the drafts & drawings of Lift specifications.
∎ Attend meeting & take notes on the discussion.
∎ Prepare presentations and reports for MD as directed time to time.
∎ Minimum 3 Years Professional Experience of in the Sales & Marketing Department in any Lift/Elevator Company.
∎ Visit to different residential area, under construction buildings, recently completed buildings and corporate offices for Elevator marketing purpose.
∎ Need to prepare product price offer and to reach to the customers.
∎ Need to have knowledge on product sourcing and costing.
∎ Have to able calculate landing cost of product and to offer to the customer as per management discussion.
∎ Must have good computer knowledge specially Internet browsing and Email, Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
∎ Any other job assigned by Authority.
