• Master of Science (MSc) in Information Science & Library Management
• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Information Science & Library Management

• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the library.

• Maintain proper record-keeping and filing systems.

• Coordinate with team members and departments for smooth operations.

• Support management in planning and implementing strategies.

• Handle confidential information with integrity.

• Ensure timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks.

• Perform library related other duties assigned by management.

• Manage and update the Library Management Software (LMS) regularly.

• Assist students and teachers in using the library system for searching, borrowing, and accessing resources.

• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure curriculum-related materials are available in the library.

• Train students and faculty on how to use digital library features effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of issued/returned books, overdue items, and resource usage.

• Organize digital cataloging and tagging of all physical and e-library materials.

• Proficient in using common computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Weekly holiday: Friday Festival Bonus: 3 (three) times a year Annual Salary Increment.
