• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College

• Age 50 to 60 years

• The position requires a highly qualified nursing professional with proven academic, clinical, and administrative expertise.

• The candidate must have 10 years of teaching experience in Nursing, 5 years of administrative experience, and 5 years of clinical experience OR be eligible for promotion from Vice Principal/Principal.

• The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to enhance nursing education and institutional development.

• Provide academic leadership in nursing and midwifery education.

• Supervise curriculum planning, teaching, assessment, and research activities.

• Guide and mentor nursing faculty members and students.

• Ensure quality standards in academic, clinical, and administrative functions.

• Coordinate with regulatory bodies (e.g., BNMC, University, Health Ministry).

• Prepare academic reports and maintain proper documentation.

• The recruitment process will be conducted as per the rules and regulations of BNMC, University of Dhaka, and the Ministry.
