∎ The applicant should establish solid relationships with parents and communicate about the student's academic performance, progression activities, etc. The applicant should advise prospective students on program choices and support Enrolment colleagues.
∎ The applicant should engage in scholarly activities and continuing professional development to ensure that discipline knowledge, teaching expertise and assessment benchmarks are up to date and of the highest standards.
∎ The applicant should contribute to the governance and administration of the College.
