• Masters

• Master’s in Fashion Design.

• The minimum requirement is a Bachelor`s & Master`s degree in relevant field having CGPA of 3.50 or First Class in respective discipline from a recognized university.

• At least one degree, especially a Master`s degree, must be from a foreign university, preferably from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia or Malaysia.

• Teaching experience in tertiary level is required.

• Fluency in English is required.

• PhD is preferable.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

Required Experience and Publication:

• For having the degree of Ph. D/ Equivalent degree, the candidate must have two years’ teaching experience and one publication.

• For having the degree of M. Phil/ Equivalent degree, the candidate must have three years’ teaching experience and one publication.

• For the degree of Master's, the candidate must have three years’ teaching experience and two publications.

• Prepare course outlines, academic calendars, lesson plans, tutorials, and schedules for students; conduct theoretical, tutorial, and practical classes, along with extension teaching, related research, and cooperative field experience.

• Design question papers, invigilate tests and examinations, and evaluate students by marking and grading scripts and assignments.

• Guide and supervise student project work, internships, dissertations, and theses as assigned.

• Mentor and support students in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

• Attend University meetings as and when invited.

• Represent the faculty at university events and activities as designated.

• Assist in various University activities when required.

• Perform administrative tasks initiated personally or assigned by the Department, Faculty, University, or under the directive of top authority.

• Monitor and report on the implementation of strategic policy plans for the respective school.

• Ensure academic discipline and uphold standards; address student affairs in accordance with the Private University Act of 2010, particularly concerning UCSI University Bangladesh Branch Campus.

• Conduct research and experiments to advance knowledge in the relevant field.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the University.
