∎ National teacher registration certification is an added advantage.
∎ Strong understanding of the Bangladesh Higher Secondary English syllabus and board exam requirements.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in English, aligned with the HSC curriculum.
∎ Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to cater to students' varying language proficiencies.
∎ Identify individual weaknesses in English and tailor strategies for improvement.
∎ Conduct additional grooming sessions to enhance students' speaking, writing, and reading skills.
∎ Mentor students to develop their confidence in using English as a second language.
∎ Prepare students rigorously for HSC board exams, ensuring they achieve benchmark scores (A+ grades).
∎ Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain student performance records.
∎ Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
∎ Use technology and multimedia resources to make lessons interactive and effective.
∎ Collaborate closely with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a cohesive academic approach.
∎ Regularly communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
