∎ PhD holders shall get extra incentives as decided by GB

Salary:
∎ Govt Grade-7 TK.29,000/-63410/-(Increment, house rent, medical, gratuity, provident fund, festival allowance as per NPC-2015) 20% incentives or more based on performance and cost of living.
