We are currently seeking some experienced lecturers for the subjects of English, Bengali, Physics, Chemistry, ICT, Biology, and Higher Mathematics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct lessons effectively following the NCTB and institutional curriculum.

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation tools.

• Motivate students toward academic excellence, moral development, and discipline.

• Conduct class tests, tutorials, term exams, and assess students’ academic progress.

• Supervise research, project work, and creative activities of students.

• Maintain classroom decorum and ensure a learning-friendly environment.

• Participate actively in meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

• Incorporate modern pedagogical techniques and ICT-based teaching tools.

• Work collaboratively with other faculty members for academic coordination.

• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Principal or Vice Principal related to institutional development
