Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the library collection following proper classification and cataloguing systems.

• Maintain lending, returning, and record systems accurately.

• Assist students and teachers in finding and using books, journals, and digital resources.

• Promote reading culture through book fairs, reading programs, and library orientation.

• Maintain the cleanliness, discipline, and decorum of the library.

• Keep a digital and manual record of books and resources.

• Conduct periodic inventory checks and prepare reports for management.

• Suggest and assist in purchasing new books and educational materials.

• Ensure the preservation and maintenance of books, journals, and resources.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the authority for institutional development.
