Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Disaster Management, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Development Studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reporting and Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will responsible for planning and monitoring the field level activities with the project team members of the field level.
∎ S/he will be responsible for communicating with relevant stakeholders at Upazila, district and sub-national level. He will directly involve in field level advocacy programs on CDRFI and capture the learnings and involve in developing proper awareness and IEC documents considering field context.
∎ S/he will also responsible for arranging sub-national level meetings, seminars and roundtable.
∎ He/ She will responsible to accumulate the expenditure documents of the project activities and submit to Finance department.
∎ He/ She will be directly reportable to the PM. S/he will review and compile the updates and field level project progress reports submitted by the Field Officer
∎ Build strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders through MAP
∎ Monitor all the field level activities, identify the gaps, share lesson learned and prepare monitoring reports.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/ management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ A degree in any other field can also be acceptable if the candidate has relevant experience in the field. At least 5 years working experience in program implementation, documentation, monitoring and advocacy initiatives.
∎ Good understanding of key issues and challenges facing by southwest coastal vulnerable communities and the importance, principles and possibilities of climate and disaster risk financing and insurance.
∎ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and implement effective advocacy and outreach strategies with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Experience in developing and implementing advocacy and outreach strategies, including the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, such as government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and the media in the sub-district level MAP.
∎ Experience in designing and delivering training and capacity building programs for govt. and non-govt. stakeholders and community members.
∎ Experience in monitoring and evaluating project activities and in using data to inform program design and implementation.

Salary: Tk. 38000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Yearly Increment (8.5%)
