Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in leather, leather products or footwear engineering with 5 years’ experience in leather industry
∎ Or,
∎ Graduation with 7 years’ experience in leather industry Prior skills on conducting training sessions will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement of Strategic training implementation plan.
∎ Prepare training module, training delivery plan, lesson plan based on CS.
∎ Lead and deliver training sessions to the trainees using CAD/CAM tools and their application in shoe design, prototyping, and production.
∎ Involve directly in trainee selection process based on course criteria.
∎ Stay updated on the latest CAD/CAM software tools used in the footwear & Leather Goods industry (e.g., ShoeMaster, iCAD 3D+ or other specialized software).
∎ Distribute training materials from PIU to trainees.
∎ Conduct formative assessment of trainees.
∎ Monitor trainee performance, trainee attendance, update TMS, and follow up on absentees/dropouts.
∎ Support PIU staff and monitoring visitors (e.g., QAD, SICIP, ADB) during program visits.
∎ Assist with job placement, tracking, and related documentation.
∎ Maintain training documents, registers, and submit batch closing reports to PIU.
