Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission has agreed to provide technical assistance to ICCO Cooperation in implementing the `Self-reliance (People with Disabilities` Skills Development)` has designed for the Rohynga Community. The Supervisor has the overall responsibilities to supervise and monitor the center and ensure the competency based training and assessment. The Trainer has the overall responsibility is organizing and conducting the skills training, preparing and updating the learning materials, organize and conduct formative and summative assessment, follow up for ensuring the trainee attendance, liaise with community, assist supervisor to implement the program, under the field of Competency Based Training and Assessment. S/he ensure and provides the quality training and inputs in lessons learnt that lead to improvement and development of the program at camp levels.

∎ Duty Station: VTI Shyamoli/ Pallabi Dhaka
∎ Employment Status: Contractual
∎ Contract period: 15.01.2022 to 15 April, 2022
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Competencies to acquire and practice:
∎ Creates an effective training and learning environment.
∎ Skills on subject matter.
∎ Plans, designs and deliver competency based training.
∎ Individual and group facilitation.
∎ Competent as trainer on Competency Based Training and Assessment NC level-IV.
∎ Handle the PDW trainees in maintaining inclusive learning environment.
∎ Major Job Descriptions:
∎ Organize and conduct skills training following the CBTA method.
∎ Develop and maintain learning materials as per the CBTA method.
∎ Organize and conduct formative assessment.
∎ Organize practical classes in the workplace (Practice in demo).
∎ Organize and conduct summative assessment.
∎ Follow up and maintain trainees.
∎ Ligase with community for organizing practical session.
∎ Ensuring OSH for trainees and training room.
∎ Assist center manager to smooth operation of Vocational Training Center.
∎ Provide information to Adolescent on employment, attendance and related to new trends for the occupations.
∎ Report to Supervisor time to time to update the program.
∎ Maintain the stock register daily.
∎ Any other duties concerned with job assigned by legal management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills required demonstrating:
∎ Communication and facilitation.
∎ Demonstration of skills training on related field.
∎ Develop and maintain power point presentation.
∎ Use of social inclusive analytical tools and participatory techniques.
Salary:
∎ BDT.- 22000.00 (Max)
