Responsibilities & Context:

We are hiring a Lead Teacher – Japanese Language for Raozan Technical Training Center (TTC), Chittagong. This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Japanese language instructor responsible for curriculum delivery and maintaining academic standards.

The Lead Teacher will lead classroom delivery of JLPT N5 and N4 curriculum for migration-bound learners, mentor junior instructors, conduct mock exam diagnostics, and ensure lesson quality across the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver JLPT N5 and N4 classroom instruction

• Prepare lesson plans and learning materials

• Conduct assessments and mock exams

• Mentor and guide junior instructors

• Maintain academic quality standards

• Coordinate with management and partner organizations

• Use digital teaching tools effectively

• Support student progress tracking and reporting

The selected candidate will directly work with the iKORI, iLEAP, and Passion Japan leadership teams.
