Job Context:
∎ Techhack is looking for a Lead node.js Developer who enjoys and haves plenty of experience working within the node.js ecosystem.
∎ You will be responsible for guiding, delivering and leading a small team of developers on design patterns, web application development, design system architecture and design database.
∎ We work primarily with node.js (Nest.js), JavaScript/Typescript, React/ React Native, MongoDB, GraphQL Docker, Kubernetes, Git and Bitbucket Pipelines
∎ Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services Stack (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, Cloudfront, SQS, Dynamo, IAM), nginx web gateway

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead architecture and design decisions. Providing input to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability requirements.
∎ Make large architectural decisions that will help make our stack more robust and efficient
∎ Provide guidance for project and development sequencing.
∎ Provide guidance to the back-end team to ensure extensibility and quality standards.
∎ Mentor Jr developers
∎ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
∎ Must have more than 5 years working experience in a software development company
∎ Must have 3 years of professional experience with Nodejs ecosystem
∎ Must have 3 years of professional experience in database design, writing stored procedures/complex queries, query optimization with relational and non-relational database
∎ Must have 1-year experience as lead developer
∎ Must have a very good understanding of OOP(SOLID principle) and Design Principles
∎ Must have experience in building scalable API in microservice.
∎ Must be familiar with CI/CD pipeline
∎ Must be familiar with Docker Kubernetes and AWS cloud infrastructure
∎ Must have good rating (1K) in stackoverflow
∎ Must have at least 1 project (eg:ERP software) in github with proper documentation
∎ Offshore software development experience is a plus
∎ Experience in Typescript is a plus
∎ Experience in NestJs is a plus
∎ Familiar with Jira project management software is a plus
∎ Candidate should be fluent in written and spoken English and must have effective communication skills
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 90000 (Monthly)
