Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking.
∎ • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on international markets.
∎ • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
∎ • Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted.
∎ • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and ensure accurate reporting.
∎ • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
∎ • Participate in strategy meetings to align lead generation activities with overall company goals.
∎ Requirements:
∎ • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a BPO environment.
∎ • Proven experience in dealing with foreign clients and understanding international market dynamics.
∎ • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM software.
∎ • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
∎ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
