Who We’re Looking For
- We value passion and teaching talent above all - but you’ll truly stand out if you have:
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or other teaching credentials (a big plus).
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English or Hindi to adults/professionals.
- Experience with online training or in consultancy/corporate training environments.
- Excellent command and pronunciation in both English and Hindi.
- A warm, engaging teaching style that makes learning fun and impactful.
- Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL communication requirements is a bonus.

Your Role in AlternativeRecruitment
- Conduct engaging English and Hindi language training sessions for learners and staff.
- Prepare students for interviews, presentations, and study-abroad communication.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on videos and interviews from our global partner network.
- Develop goal-oriented lesson plans and creative teaching materials.
- Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to enhance client communication skills.
- Track learner progress and celebrate every milestone.
Work Details
- Workplace: On-site (Uttara, Dhaka)
- Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Days: 6 days/week
- Weekend: Sunday
