1. 1-2 years of proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Experience in writing and implementing training programs and SOPs.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

6. Proficient in using laboratory information systems and standard office software.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Laboratory Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pathology and will be responsible for ensuring quality control, and in the Laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests and procedures.

2. Finalize and approve laboratory reports

3. Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through rigorous quality control measures.

4. Provide expert consultation to medical staff on test results and pathology-related issues.

5. Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.

6. Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.

7. Train and mentor laboratory staff, promoting continuous learning and development.

8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in clinical pathology and laboratory techniques.
