Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from a recognized institution affiliated by the State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ LAB PROCEDURES: Collecting of specimens from patients to perform a variety of technical laboratory procedures in accordance with national and international standards to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
∎ DOCUMENTATION: Meticulous completion of records and reports and other statistical information for master files or databases following laboratory policy for data retrieval, record keeping, specimen collection, preservation and identification, requisition, reporting, charting and billing procedure.
∎ COMMUNICATION/ TEAMWORK: Maintenance of positive working relationship with the colleagues, others medical staff and hospital personnel. Using positive interpersonal skills to educate/support lab customers and promote success of team members. Acting independently on supervisor's direction and accepting responsibility of the adopted policy and procedures of the hospital and the laboratory.
∎ QUALITY CONTROL/ QUALITY IMPROVEMENT: Participation in QC/ QI for area specialty and Lab indicators. Recognizing out of control values, taking corrective action, and notifying others of changes. Take appropriate periodic, ........ care of the equipment.
∎ SAFTY AND EDUCATION: Compliance with laboratory safety procedures. Possessing adequate knowledge of instrumentation, theory, and application of new and existing tests.
∎ ON-CALL SERVICE: Attend all emergency Call as and when necessary ...... it inside or outside the hospital. This service is intended to respond to urgent test requests and provide results, where there is an immediate clinical requirement for decision making in the patients care. The on-call service shall include provision of hours service to specific ...... of clients.
∎ The incumbent must any other duties of similar nature which is not covered by the above item & that may be assigned to him by the Hospital Management in the interest of the patients as well as of public service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ At least 2-3 years practical experience in relevant area .
∎ Age 22 to 32 years on 15 December 2022 (Age limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates)
