Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct and assist practical laboratory sessions for CSE students.

• Provide technical support to students and faculty members during lab classes.

• Maintain computer lab hardware, software, networking devices, and related equipment.

• Install, configure, and update operating systems, application software, programming tools, and lab-related packages.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printer, projector, and network-related problems.

• Ensure proper functioning of desktops, laptops, routers, switches, cables, UPS, and other lab equipment.

• Maintain lab inventory, equipment records, and issue reports.

• Monitor student activities in the lab and ensure proper use of lab resources.

• Support departmental seminars, workshops, programming contests, and technical events.

• Assist in maintaining lab discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of the Department or university authority.
