Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This is a full time job. Good Korean speaking knowledge is required as the officer have to work with Korean management. Please do not apply if you can't speak Korean.Korean to Bangla and Bangla to Korean interpretation. Must have knowledge on English Language. Dealing, liaison with various govt. authorities, law enforcing agencies, BGMEA, BKMEA etc . Visit factory in a frequent manner to monitor admin, Compliance & HR functions and production operations. Building up good report with factory as well as Worker & Management. Assist factory Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory as per requirements. Ensure implementation of country laws at the factories. Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures. Accomplish any other task assigned by superior authority.
