Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Health or any relevant discipline preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will create and implement a knowledge management plan for rapid capture, analysis, packaging and sharing of project lessons.
∎ Create and monitor knowledge management standards for field staff
∎ Establish virtual platforms to accommodate knowledge sharing and collaboration between staff across district and national level.
∎ Support other teams in sharing program successes
∎ Convene routine knowledge management events with MOH&FW, NGO and other stakeholders
∎ Update communications materials including project briefs, strategy briefs, job aids, etc.
∎ Maintain a robust online filing system for RISE Test to Treat reports.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years professional experience in knowledge management, documentation, and program learning
∎ USAID project experience preferred
∎ Familiarity with public sector, preferably Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
∎ Experience in building capacity of a diverse team in knowledge sharing, program monitoring and documentation
∎ Good oral and written communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary and multicultural group of colleagues and external stakeholders.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision and under pressure.
∎ Creative, flexible, and resourceful and able to cope with logistical challenges.
∎ Ability to travel anywhere within Bangladesh at a short notice.
