Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in certification process.
∎ Familiar with processing steps of textile.
∎ Capable to work as a team.
∎ Good speaking and writing knowledge in English.
∎ Knowledge about Excel, Power point and word.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To collect all documents and maintain whole traceability in Buyer Software and the Materials shared drive.
∎ To support team to Liaise with factories and fabric/yarn mills to gather documentation and verify raw material source.
∎ Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
∎ Ensure full traceability of Cotton for US customs.
∎ Collect required sustainability certification per factory and order (SCOPE, Transaction Certification for GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS etc.)
