∎ Preferably 01-02 year’s experience from relevant field & fresher’s with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply as well.
∎ Must have personnel management and good leadership skill

∎ Willing to stay in company accommodation at Ashulia Savar.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct recruitment process and checking admission documents through online.
∎ Prepare Result Sheet of trainees and allotment of ID numbers
∎ Prepare appointment letter for new trainees.
∎ Issue of appointment letter and ID cards.
∎ Handling receipt of all bills, payments, and verification for the training center.
∎ Maintain petty cash & cash management of Training Center.
∎ Maintaining the security deposit register.
∎ Maintain daily attendance & leave record of training center staffs.
∎ Prepare police verification information file of new trainees.
∎ Submission of demand for clothing items for new trainees.
∎ Complete all documents for passing out the parade.
∎ Prepare and maintain all trainee’s personal file
∎ Assist OIC (Ashulia Training Center) in day to day operational activities of the center.
