Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/Post Graduation in Accounting / Finance from reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Finance Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain company's accounts ¡n a professional manner
∎ Maintain daily accounts
∎ Prepare reports monthly basis and submit to the management
∎ Capable to undertake banking activities required for company
∎ Prepare schedule for Vat/Tax submit statement and challan to Govt. Treasury
∎ Payment, Cashbook and Bank Book Management
∎ Prepare the cash book and bank book on regular basis
∎ Maintain update supplier status, adjust advance against staff/suppliers.
∎ Perform day to day bank and treasury function.
∎ Manage office administrative activity as assigned by the management
∎ Ready to undertake any other duties assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Capability work under pressure
∎ Should have leadership attitude
∎ Support administration and Head Office to review implementation of fixed asset policies and be part of the periodic fixed assets verification process.
∎ Looks after administrative affairs of the Office.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT! Customs Duty/Income Tax/Tally. ERC, LC) & administrative relevant jobs.
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in the managerial position.
∎ 2 to 4 year(s) experiences will be preferable.
∎ Computer literacy is must, especially in office package.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.
∎ Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
