Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates with 3rd class/division or CGPA below 2.75 in any public examination need not apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep records of students' problems related to academic matters and inform the Head of the department and Coordinator regularly.
∎ Provide academic and administrative support to faculty members.
∎ Maintain databases and stakeholder records on the computer.
∎ Assist in preparing the proposal for selection of Adjunct/ Part time faculties.
∎ Receive and dispatch all kinds of official documents.
∎ Assist with student advising and registration.
∎ Counseling the students about various important rules of this University.
∎ Distribute students Registration form, Re-sit/Re-take form, Course Add/Drop form, Semester Add/Drop form etc.
∎ Prepare Office Notes, Memos and other documentation
∎ Communicate with different departments within and outside the university.
∎ Supervise OSS & Lab Attendants.
∎ Receive phone calls and connect with concerned officials.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the University Authority and Management and respective departments from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Computer literacy and proficiency in English, both oral and written are essential for the position.
∎ Soft skills, emotional intelligence and pleasant personality are essential.
∎ Candidates with experience will receive priority.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.
∎ Used to working long hours.
∎ Willing to accept challenges and work under pressure.
∎ Have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
