Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
∎ Graduate from any reputed University
∎ Training/Trade Course: Graphic Designing
∎ Skills Required: Art & Sketch, Basic video editing skills, Graphics Design, Photoshop, Proficient user of Autocad
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphics Design
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creative thinking and innovative knowledge.
∎ Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Editing product images, Background removal, Background design, etc.
∎ Make High quality and eye-catching content like social media post images, banners, blog images, infographics, website banners, etc., for Web & Social Media advertisements.
∎ Must have technical knowledge about review and ensure that all files are print-ready or optimized for the web.
∎ Generating creative ideas & concepts according to provided theme to produce a unique design.
∎ You have a Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML, CSS, JS, WORDPRESS, PHP and jQuery.
∎ Must have technical knowledge about content upload on web platforms.
∎ Good Knowledge of Server/cPanel/Hosting.
∎ Website optimization, backup & Security.
∎ Respond to error codes and troubleshoot problems to optimize website performance.
∎ Experienced in using CDN deployment using Cloud flare etc
∎ Upload product images, banners, etc., to websites.
∎ Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
∎ Understanding, implementing and creating brand visual identities/style guides.
∎ Maintain brand awareness throughout the design process.
∎ Developing clean & effective design & editing.
∎ Other official duties as needed or required.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must need to meet the daily target as per the assigned job.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
∎ Good oral and written communication in English & Bangla
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
