Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Must be good in English and Writing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the needs of the project, i.e. the research questions it needs to answer.
∎ Design an appropriate methodology to deliver the project.
∎ Design and write survey questionnaires.
∎ Apply a range of research techniques to gather relevant information, including document analysis, survey, case studies and interviews (face- to -face, telephone and online).
∎ Liaise with and direct social research filed interviewers to gather information.
∎ Gather information by directing or carrying out qualitative fieldwork.
∎ Conduct reviews of relevant literature and evidence.
∎ Analyse and evaluate research and interpret data using a range of analysis packages.
∎ Prepare, present and disseminate results in the form of reports, briefings, re-search papers and presentations.
∎ Offer research based briefings and advice, which may involve writing action plans.
∎ Advise external bodies on social policy.
∎ Prepare and present tenders for new research projects or respond to research tenders prepared by others.
