The Junior Executive-Front Desk role provides professional visitor greetings, manages phone calls, and maintains a tidy reception area. Responsibilities include handling parcel management via the PDM System, managing meeting room bookings and visitor logs, assisting with data entry, document preparation, filing, and supporting the HR/Admin department as needed.
Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Manage parcels through PDM System which ensures proper handling during dispatch, receipt, and final distribution to the respective recipients.
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor logbooks
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Provide support to the HR/Admin department when required.
