∎ Graduation/Post Graduation with a focus on Accounting/Finance/any related subject from any reputed university. CA CC from a reputed firm is highly preferable.

It plays a key role in supply chain transformation and met the unique logistics requirements of customers for more than 50 years.
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office (Bashundhara, Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Outstanding Report Preparing.
∎ Maintaining Client data and following up daily local and overseas client for credit collection through mail and telephonic conversation.
∎ Preparing necessary report for daily credit collection and reporting to Superior and Management.
∎ Checking Billing to client with work order, contract and TDS & VDS Calculation.
∎ Maintaining Tally for necessary voucher recording.
∎ Reconciling every client ledger in Tally with Customer Outstanding report.
∎ Reconciling local and foreign revenue and resolve dispute issues with customer.
∎ Following up Days Bill Outstanding (DBO) with KAM.
∎ Preparing necessary Bank reconciliation. Bank Reconciliation with bank book for credit against collection.
∎ Preparing necessary Mushak 6.3 for bill preparing.
∎ Continuous update and maintenance of fixed asset schedule.
∎ Produce periodical various reports such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reports.
∎ Recording accounting transactions and preparing reports.
∎ Any other responsibility delegated by Superior or Management.
∎ Preparation of financial statements when instructed.
∎ Preparation & reconciliation of loan schedule and monthly update of loan schedule by corresponding with the bank.
∎ Accounts Receivable & advance adjustment in accounting software.
∎ Advance and Accounts Receivable ledger reconciliations and communication with respective person.
∎ Managing Accounts Receivable with proper documentation.
∎ Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
∎ Ensuring Payment collection from customer.
∎ Customer Receipt correctly posting in Tally.
∎ Customer payment matching against list of invoices of customer in system.
∎ To Know about short payment/ VAT & Tax/any deduction.
∎ Any other work as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 year (Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Logistics, Freight Forwarding, C&F
∎ Good Knowledge of basic computer.
∎ Knowledge with Tally software.
∎ Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
