∎ Provide frontline customer service including response customer query and concern by precise communication
∎ Attend customer calls professionally & timely.
∎ Capable to resolving issues and handling customer complaints
∎ Prepare new customer profile and update existing CPF per office guideline
∎ Accept MOC booking and necessary update into system within timeframe
∎ Understand customer needs and serve them with satisfaction
