Job Responsibilities:
∎ Branch Sales check and match with software and physical sales, posting and reporting on QB
∎ Main All Bank Transaction
∎ Conveyance, Lunch, Snacks, others cash expenses & Posting in QB
∎ Salary and PF Sheet & posting QB.
∎ Checked all Loan amount with Bank Statement. Collect all Bank statements for posting QB
∎ Online Sales QB posting
∎ Branch cash sales amount calculation match with OM & Input In QB
∎ Inventory audit, valuation and reporting, cash counting
∎ Inventory Maintains of HO and Update QB
∎ Assist and oversee all activities of other Accounts Department members
∎ Prepared Board Regulation
∎ All Payable Inputs In QB
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with Quick Books.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Should display good motivational and communication skills.
∎ Willingness to travel Babuland Branch for audit purposes.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
