Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administration of Onboarding Process
∎ Handle Client Inquiries on CRM Platforms
∎ Manage Customer Support Email Inbox
∎ Respond on Chat Box to Clients & Workers
∎ Review Compliance Documentation of Workers
∎ Working Shifts are the following:
∎ a) Work from Office for Shift-1: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
∎ b) Work from Office for Shift-2: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
∎ c) Work from Home for Shift-3: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

∎ In this role, you will be responsible for overall success of Customer Support Function of Foreign Client:
∎ Administration of Onboarding Process
∎ Handle Client Inquiries on CRM Platforms
∎ Manage Customer Support Email Inbox
∎ Respond on Chat Box to Clients & Workers
∎ Review Compliance Documentation of Workers
