∎ The post is based in Cox’s Bazar, but s/he needs to travel to production locations across the country, as necessary. In general, normal office hours will apply but the nature of the role means that a flexible approach to working time will be necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall purpose: Reporting to the Radio Producer, Junior Assistant Producer will assist in devising and developing wide range of programmes in different formats. S/ he will be responsible for artist and equipment management, doing administrative works and ensuring production safety as required.
∎ During the development of these visuals, the graphic designer will do the following:
∎ Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering required information and materials.
∎ Based on briefs provided by the project team, design rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
∎ Prepare multiple versions of rough drafts of innovative concept, layout and graphics and make corrections following the feedbacks from designated project personnel.
∎ Produce final, print- or web-ready graphic products
∎ Conduct research on current presentation and design trend, learn new concepts and be updated accordingly.
∎ Develop a creative and consistent look that establishes the brand of the graphics.
∎ Meet tight deadlines and staying within budget.
