Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
∎ Diploma in Architecture from any reputed Govt. institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2D 3D (Auto Cad), 3d Design, 3D Modeling, 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Corel draw
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to design and presentation drawing in AutoCAD 2D and 3D software.
∎ Prepare details & working drawing of Exterior/Interior Design.
∎ Skilled in 3DS Max and V-Ray with photo-realistic rendering.
∎ Creating 3D models and assets for renderings of interiors and exteriors.
∎ Selected and prepared materials and models for client presentation.
∎ Researched and selected color/finish/material and furniture sprcifications for clients.
∎ Able to prepare quotation & BOQ related to Interior & Exterior.
∎ Design and create graphics according to guidelines and instructions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
∎ Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life.
∎ A strong portfolio of AutoCAD, 2D, 3D MAX, illustrations or other graphics, MS Office & internet browsing.

Salary: Negotiable
