Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA (Accounts & Finance)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain all necessary books of accounts for respective institution as assigned.
∎ To prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by authority.
∎ Should have enough knowledge and experience on maintaining cash book, banking, (VAT, Tax – Optional), vendor payment, maintaining accounts receivable, payable etc.
∎ To ensure preparation and submission of periodic (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) financial statements and analysis of financial data and presents it to respective authority.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Professional experience including minimum 2 years in the Accounts Department.
∎ Well-developed oral and written ability.
∎ Advanced drafting, proofreading and editing skills.
∎ Ability to learn new tasks quickly and cover new roles/requirements at short notice.
∎ Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
∎ Reliable with patience and professionalism.
