∎ Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
∎ Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context
∎ University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC) is searching energetic, having sound knowledge in accounts and finance with good academic records as Junior Accounts Officer.
∎ Job Responsibilities·
∎ To maintain all necessary books of accounts for respective institution as assigned.
∎ To prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by authority.
∎ Should have enough knowledge and experience on maintaining cash book, banking, (VAT, Tax - Optional), vendor payment, maintaining accounts receivable, payable etc.
∎ To ensure preparation and submission of periodic (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) financial statements and analysis of financial data and presents it to respective authority.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
